Unit Title Subdivision – 8 Units, Black Rock Road, Newlands

Construction of eight two storey town houses on a narrow site in Newlands. Cuttriss Consultants was engaged to prepare earthworks consents, confirm the boundaries of the site, design and supervise the construction of all underground services, set out all of the units, retaining walls and kerbs, and prepare unit title plans for lodgement with Land Information NZ.
