Congratulations to Ross, our June One Team Award recipient.
Ross has shown his leadership skills by guiding the team through an extensive geodetic survey for Land Information New Zealand, where he also helped to build a custom AI solution to save time and minimise rework. He’s also owning our delivery on the Riverlink project and has been involved in complex laser scanning and precise positioning surveys.
What’s been most impressive about Ross is the time he spends mentoring junior members of the survey team, upskilling them in areas such as boundary definition and topographic surveys. A great example of what #SucceedTogether & #ExpectToLead looks like.
We also have it on good authority that he is very impressive with microphone in hand, truly an all-round talent.
