Our Story

Our story began in 1947 in a small shed at the back of Ted Cuttriss’ house in Upper Hutt. How things have changed!

Today, with two offices based in Lower Hutt and in Kāpiti, we are a team of over 50 qualified and experienced professionals well known for our excellence in land surveying, civil engineering, resource management planning, and subdivisions.

We are now one of the largest land development consultancies in the Wellington region, and we are humbled and proud of the journey we have been on.
