Nestled within the larger Aotea block development and overlooking the Central Reserve green space and playground, this 21 lot development gave our client Carrus a good range of lot sizes including larger traditional lots and more compact multi-unit housing. Being on the side of a steep valley, designing and building the access with retaining walls above and below was challenging. Our team had to come up with some innovative engineering solutions to ensure the development met Council standards. Overall we are very happy with the result and are looking forward to seeing residents enjoying the sun and views.
